STANDARD SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Delivery is expected within 4-6 business days*

Please allow 2-3 days for us to pack and ship the item as we are often managing multiple orders or creating your piece before we ship it.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.

Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email with tracking.
​
All packages are sent requiring signature on delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery with instructions for how to collect your parcel.
If your item has been delivered to the address you’ve provided and signed for, any subsequent loss is your responsibility, we cannot be held accountable for covering the costs for missing goods.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible therefore we cannot change or stop an order once it has been shipped.

Please allow time during peak season when shipping delays can be expected.

PLEASE NOTE, our end of year cut off date for sending orders is the 15th of December orders placed after this date will be sent on the 10th of January

We do not allow returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
